Your Journey, My Commitment

About Me

I am extremely blessed to live in the beautiful countryside of West Yorkshire in England, with my wonderful husband and grown-up teenage sons.

I love walking in nature with our two Labradors, playing rugby, and singing in a Gospel choir.

I am an Empath, highly intuitive, instinctive, warm, authentic & passionate, loving nothing more than deep and meaningful conversations! I have a compassionate approach to coaching but am fairly direct & straight-talking!

I am a Christian but this is my personal faith and I do not bring this into my coaching practice. I embrace all people, of all faiths and none, and all identities.

I care deeply about others and the world that we share. I am a founder and CEO of a charity supporting children and families, living in a slum in Kenya, gain an education and businesses opportunities, so that they may live  independent and sustainable lives.

My Story

I Have Walked in Your Footsteps...

I am a narcissistic abuse survivor, having experienced narcissism in romantic, work and familial relationships. You could say I was an expert in the field long before I undertook any training! I have also had the privilege of guiding and supporting my husband on his journey of healing, having suffered at the hands of a female narcissistic ex-partner. It is this that gave me the push to set out to support as many people as I can.

Due to the lack of support available, on top of my own life experiences, I particularly specialise in men's recovery from narcissistic abuse. Men are not often given the opportunity to talk, and often still feel that they need to keep their emotions to themselves, due to embarrassment, not wanting to appear weak, or societal norms.

I am deeply passionate about supporting people out of these toxic relationships, through the difficult times, and showing them that there is light at the end of the tunnel. My husband and I are living proof of this!

What you’re facing isn’t an ordinary situation: it’s actually a battle for your sanity, your safety, and your freedom. Walking into this fight without support is like stepping onto a battlefield unarmed. You will need emotional strategy, clarity, and strength.

No matter where you are on your journey, whether you feel stuck in the relationship, are just out of it, have been out for some time, or are just plain confused and lost as to exactly where you are...I am here to guide you through to the life of freedom that you so deserve.

I will give you the information you need to understand your personal situation, the tools you need to navigate the path and break your patterns, and the support you will require all the way through the journey, to ensure a lasting and sustainable change.
