Holistic coaching looks at the person as a whole, and the inter-connection between the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. It explores, locates, and addresses deeper issues causing a block, using specific techniques including the understanding of the science of mindset and behaviour change, to help a client gain a deeper self-awareness in order to address the underlying issues. This enables the client to achieve their goal, be fulfilled, and thrive.

Whilst traditional coaching focusses more on surface level obstacles and goals, holistic coaching prioritises long-term development over short-term success, by addressing the root causes (but without re-living the past) and inter-connections of the mind and body.
